Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2, 2026 · Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AIMPLIFY LLC ("STEWARD," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of stewardfully.com, app.stewardfully.com, and the STEWARD service (together, the "Service"). AIMPLIFY LLC is a Virginia limited liability company located at 2400 Old Brick Rd, #61, Glen Allen, VA 23060. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using STEWARD, you represent that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use it. We may close any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may sign in with email/password, a magic link, or Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Notify us promptly at support@stewardfully.com of any unauthorized use.

4. What STEWARD is — and is not

STEWARD is a faith-based tool to help you reflect on whole-life stewardship — to discover, decide, and act — across areas like calling, integrity, courage, finances, relationships, and time. STEWARD offers reflection prompts, assessments, Scripture, suggested next steps, community, and mentorship features.

STEWARD is not, and does not provide, professional financial, legal, tax, medical, mental-health, or counseling advice. Content and AI-generated suggestions are for personal reflection only and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

STEWARD is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact the U.S. 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency number (911). If our systems detect content suggesting self-harm, we may show you supportive resources, but we cannot and do not provide emergency intervention.

5. Plans, payments, and renewals

  • STEWARD offers a free tier (Open) and paid offerings (Compass subscription and Foundations), with details and prices shown in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
  • Subscriptions (Compass) renew automatically (monthly or annually, as you select) until canceled. You can cancel anytime in the app; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Founding-member pricing, where offered, is honored as described at the time of purchase for as long as your plan stays active.
  • Refunds. We offer a refund of the amount paid for your initial service term if you request it within 21 days of that payment, regardless of use. Renewal terms and one-time purchases after the initial term are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Cancellation and downgrades. You may downgrade or cancel anytime; the change takes effect at the end of your current service term, and you retain access until then. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Prices and offerings may change prospectively; we'll give notice of material changes to recurring charges.

6. AI features

STEWARD uses AI to assist your reflection. AI is on by default and can be turned off anytime in Settings. AI proposes; you decide. AI suggestions may be imperfect or incomplete, are not professional advice (Section 4), and should be weighed with your own judgment, Scripture, and trusted counsel. We do not use your content to train AI models (see the Privacy Policy). When you use an AI feature, we disclose that AI is involved. For plain-language detail, see How STEWARD Uses AI.

7. Community, mentorship, and your content

  • Your content. You retain ownership of the reflections, posts, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant STEWARD a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (and to anyone you choose to share it with).
  • Sharing is your choice. Your personal reflections are private by default. Anything you share with a mentor or group is shared at your direction and scope.
  • Community Guidelines. When you use community or mentor/group features, you agree to our Community Guidelines. You will not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and you will not misuse others' private information.
  • Mentors and facilitators may offer notes, questions, and suggestions; they may not dictate your decisions, and they receive only what you authorize.

8. Content moderation and enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without obligation, review, screen, hide, remove, or restrict any content, and warn, suspend, or terminate any account, to enforce these Terms or our Community Guidelines or to protect the Service and its users. We use a combination of automated systems and human review. Reports are handled confidentially. We are not liable for content posted by users, and we are not obligated to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to do so. If we take action against your content or account and you believe it was a mistake, you may appeal as described in the notice or Community Guidelines.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate any law; infringe others' rights; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; probe, scan, or breach security; reverse engineer or copy the Service except as allowed by law; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data; resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission; impersonate others; or use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.

10. Intellectual property

The Service — including the STEWARD name and marks, software, design, glyphs, logo, text, and other materials we provide (excluding Your Content and public-domain Scripture) — is owned by STEWARD or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal use under these Terms. Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible (WEB), public domain.

11. Your data rights, export, and account deletion

You can export all of your data at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and data at any time upon explicit confirmation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is a true, permanent deletion of your personal data from our active systems, subject only to the narrow, disclosed exceptions in the Privacy Policy (legally required payment records, safety-incident records kept as long as reasonably necessary, and personal data in encrypted backups that expires in the ordinary course). Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, and our AI providers Google (Gemini) and OpenAI (ChatGPT)) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content; your use of them is governed by their terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated or other content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances. Nothing in the Service is professional advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STEWARD and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STEWARD and its owners, employees, and providers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll provide notice (e.g., by email or in-app) and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime (Section 11). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute terms) will survive.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@stewardfully.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration. Except for the carve-outs below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its applicable consumer rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be seated in Henrico County, Virginia, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator will decide the dispute under Virginia law.

Class-action waiver. You and STEWARD agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

Carve-outs. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Henrico County, Virginia to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized use of the Service. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Henrico County, Virginia.

Right to opt out of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@stewardfully.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Nothing in this Section limits your non-waivable rights under applicable law.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines) are the entire agreement between you and STEWARD regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale.
