Work · Business · Career

Servant leadership at work

Team, clients, vendors — lead by serving, not by lording over.

Whole-of-life

Faithfulness at home and in community

Presence with spouse, children, church, and neighbors — salt and light, not performance.

Common drifts

The quiet ways we drift here.

Naming the drift is not the same as failing. It’s the first faithful act of stewardship in this area.

  • Transactional ties

You relate to people in terms of what they produce.

  • Hidden absence

You're physically present and relationally elsewhere.

  • Over-extension

You say yes to many and steward few.
